Q: How do I install Cosmic Tiles?
A: Each come mounted on a hanger.  Visit our installation page.

Q: Can I just order one tile?
A: Yes either through Clay Squared to Infinity or a gallery near you. 

Q: Do you make your tiles on site?
A: Yes.

We make ten distinctive tile lines in our studio.   We also carry 15+ local tile artists from the Handmade Tile Association in our showroom. (click here to see the list of artists we showcase)  Our studio is free to tour during our business hours; you can see how we make the tiles, glaze them and fire them in our kilns.

Q: Can I take out samples to bring home?
A: Yes and we recommend it.

It is important to see the tiles you like in your environment.   You can take out samples for two weeks free of charge.

Q: Do I need an appointment to do a custom project at Clay Squared?
A: No

You can come in whenever you are ready.  We are open 11 - 5 Monday through Saturday.  But we do take appointments if you would like to make one, call 612-781-6409 or e-mail josh@claysquared.com

Q: How long does it take to make a custom tile project?
A: It takes three to four weeks for most project

Q: Do you rent out your artwork?
A:  Renting of art work is available for special events ie weddings, photo shots, and conventions.  Please contact Clay Squared for more information

Refund / Cancellation Policies:

Project Special Orders:
All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancelled web and retail orders and returned merchandise:
If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return any part of your Clay Squared order, there will be a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is at your expense [if tiles are broken in return shipping, you will be charged for them].  The remaining balance will be as a store credit, good for one year.

Class Cancellation and Reschedule policy:
More than two weeks before class - you will receive a store credit, less a $25 handling fee.

Two weeks or less before class - you will receive a store credit for 50% of the class fee.

To reschedule, the new class must me paid in full, store credit plus the balance due, to hold your place.
